As a product designer intern at IU Crisis Technologies Innovation Lab, I work with a multidisciplinary team to design and prototype solutions for first responders. I apply my research, creative ideation, and user testing skills to empathize with the users, understand their needs, identify their pain points, and generate innovative concepts that address their problems. For example, I am currently working on conceptualizing a solution to improve the incident documentation process for firefighters by exploring the potential of using the SOTA AI dialogue summarization models.

I am also a user experience research assistant at IU Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering at IUPUI, where I conduct user research on workplace accessibility and its impact on individuals with disabilities. I assist with literature review, data collection, and analysis, and report the findings and recommendations to improve the hiring process and the work environment for disabled employees.

I am currently pursuing a master's degree in human-computer interaction at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. My passion for creatively solving problems drew me towards a career in product design, where I can bring about positive change through innovative designs that simplify complex processes or enhance everyday experiences.

I have a strong interest in exploring the field of artificial intelligence and a vision to create user-centric products by combining accessibility and technology.
